The space
Luxury apartment in the center of the picturesque old town of Los Cristianos. Located in one of the most beautiful and lively streets of the town, the apartment has a spacious and sunny balcony overlooking the lively Plaza del Carmen. It is located 270 meters from Playa de los Cristianos and 850 meters from Playa de las Vistas.
The apartment has: two bedrooms (one of them with bathroom en suite), a toilet, kitchen, living room and balcony. The house is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware (toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery, casserole, microwave and fridge). The beds are comfortable; bed linen and towels are also of high quality.

The price includes the use of a parking space which, although not located in the building, is 150 meters from the house.

A)What you will and will NOT find in the accommodation
A.1 Towels and bed linen
a) For stays of one week or less (7 nights), we provide beds, one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. We do not provide additional bed linen or towels.
b) For stays up to 2 weeks (14 nights), we leave the beds made and two shower towels and two hand towels per guest. We do not provide additional bed linen.
c) For stays of 15 nights or more, we make the beds + two shower towels and two hand towels per guest + additional bed linen.
d) For stays of 15 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned every 7 days from the day of check in. The cost of each cleaning (40 €) will be requested to the guest once the service has been carried out.
e) If you think you will need more towels or sheets, please request them in advance. Remember: 5 € each extra set of towels: 10 € each extra set of sheets or blanket. If requested after check in, please note that it will be 10 € more for the delivery service.
A.2. Cleaning supplies and food
In the accommodation we leave basic courtesy items (some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some garbage bags ...) so that you have the minimum until you can organize the purchase of the items you need for your stay. Regarding food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea ... but in no case we assure that you can find a variety of products. We discard, for obvious hygienic reasons, everything that may have been handled by previous users. Please remember that you are not in a hotel.
B) Breakages and damages
The cost for the loss or damage of the following elements of the dwelling will be as follows:
1)Loss or forgetfulness of the keys: full invoice of the locksmith.
2)Breakage/loss of: kitchen furniture; large household appliances (including TV); interior doors; windows; wooden furniture and/or closets; terrace furniture; faucets; bathroom partitions; toilets; mirrors: full invoice for the replacement of the broken or missing element.
3) Breakage/loss of small household appliances: €30 (except microwave oven €70).
4)Breakage/loss of glass kitchenware (glasses, plates, cups, small bowls): 2 € per piece.
5)Breakage/loss of large bowls (metal/glass): 7 € per piece.
6)Breakage/loss of pots and/or pans: 10 € per piece.
7)Breakage/loss of other kitchen utensils: 3 € per piece.
8)Breakage/loss of dining table: full deposit.
9)Breakage/loss of dining room chairs: 100 € per piece.
10)Breakage/loss of other auxiliary tables in bedrooms or living room: 150 € per piece.
11)Breakage/loss of decorative items (pictures, figures, sculptures, baskets, boxes, room and/or sofa cushions included, decorative blankets): 30 € per piece
12)Breakage/loss of auxiliary lamps in bedrooms and/or living room: 50 € per piece.
13)Breakage/loss of sofa: full deposit
14)Breakage/loss of carpet or curtains: 250 € per piece
15)Breakage/loss of bed linen or bath linen: 30 € per piece.
16)Stains of wine, grease, etc. on sofa, curtains, carpets: 80€ per stained piece.
17)Breakage/loss of ironing board/ironing board: 20 €.
C) Prohibited activities and other issues to be taken into account.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets will have an additional supplement of 50 €.
- Parties and events are not allowed
- Check in: from 16.00 hours - Check out: until 12.00 a.m.
- Check in at night (from 10.30 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.) has a supplement of 20 €.
- Silence is requested after 22.00. C) CHECK OUT
D) Conditions of the accommodation at check out
- The house must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.
- All crockery must be left clean and collected. Dirty dishes may not be left.
- The kitchen must be left with no open food on the countertops or in the refrigerator. Only food that is reusable (sugar, salt, oil, teas, etc.) should be left out. All half eaten food or waste should be thrown away.
- It is necessary to take out the garbage. It cannot be left in the apartment.
- Dirty bed linen should be left folded on the bed.
- Dirty towels should be left folded over the toilet.
- Air conditioning/heating must be left off.
IMPORTANT: If we receive the apartment in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to request an additional 50 €, without prejudice to the amounts indicated above in case of breakage or loss.
E) Traveling with children under 12 years old
- Parents must be responsible at all times for the behavior of children, avoiding the breakage of furniture and belongings.
- Any breakage/damage must be reported and the replacement cost of the breakage or damage must be paid.
- Children should not be fed on sofas, armchairs or chairs with fabric upholstery.
IMPORTANT: If we receive the apartment in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to request an additional 50 €, without prejudice to the amounts indicated above for the case of breakage or loss.
